The foliage application turns the grass on your farm light brown, with scattered orange and yellow autumn leaves. The leaves are spread out a little far, so you may have to moved decorations around so you can see them.
Fall Foliage can be purchased for 1,000 coins, under the "Upgrade Farm" market tab.
